Quiet Mornings, Clear Mind

“broski ur such a scammer”
That message sat on my screen at the start of spring break.
I remember the moment clearly. I was sitting with Risha Friday evening, talking through spring break plans, nothing serious, just a normal conversation. I had just taken a quick photo of my coffee for a blog idea. It felt like a quiet, ordinary start. Then the messages started coming in.

For a second, it pulls you in. You start to think about what people are saying. You wonder who believes it. You wonder who is watching.
Then you step back.
That same morning, I looked around and realized something simple. The people who know me do not need an explanation. They have seen the work. They have seen the late nights, the calls, the effort. They know my character.
And that matters more than anything else.
What Happened
During this time, a series of coordinated messages, threats, and false claims began circulating through online platforms. These were not isolated incidents. They were part of a broader effort to spread misinformation and damage both my reputation and the work behind Empower and Connect.
A collection of fabricated documents and messages, referred to as the “Yuvi Files,” was distributed across multiple groups. These materials were false and misrepresented both me and the organization. They were shared with students, teachers, and external contacts in an attempt to create confusion and undermine years of work.
As confirmed in the formal grievance process, this activity constituted cyberbullying and online harassment. The situation was reported, reviewed, and addressed through appropriate channels.
While the situation was serious, it also made one thing clear. Truth does not change based on how widely something is shared. Character does not shift based on noise.
A formal letter from legal counsel outlining the situation has been attached for reference.
Cleared and Moving Forward
Later that week, I found myself at the car wash again. Same place. Same motion. Water moving over the car, clearing everything off the surface. It reminded me of something I wrote before. Progress is not loud. It happens in motion. It happens when you keep going, even when things try to slow you down.

This situation did not stop anything.
If anything, it showed me reality. It showed me who stands with me. It showed me which relationships are real. Those relationships are stronger now.
So I am grateful.
Grateful to the few people who checked in. You know who you are. You did not need details. You trusted me without asking.
Grateful in a different way to the people who tried to bring me down. They revealed what I needed to see. That clarity is valuable.
And I want to thank Sitara. For the early mornings at Kolache Factory 😊. For the conversations that kept me grounded. For reminding me not to respond with the same energy. Not to drop to a lower level. That matters.

The Cost of Misplaced Trust
We let go of what no longer aligns. Some connections once felt strong, even helpful at the time. They taught me what I needed to see. But growth means knowing when to step away. What once held weight no longer does. We move forward with clarity, with stronger judgment, and with people who stand on truth.

I am not stopping anything.
Empower and Connect is moving forward. The work continues. The vision stays the same.
I am focused. I am steady. I know what I am building.
I do not need to respond to noise. The people who matter already understand.
If anyone truly has questions, reach out to me directly. I am always open to a real conversation.
At the end of the day, I trust myself. I trust the people around me. That is enough.
